SHIPPING POLICY

This Shipping Policy describes how Precision Skin Services processes, packages, and ships skincare product orders placed through precisionskinservices.com.

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses, U.S. territories, or international destinations at this time.

ORDER PROCESSING & HANDLING TIME
- Orders are processed and fulfilled Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
- Maximum handling time: 3 business days from the date the order is placed.
- Order cut-off time: 2:00 PM local Arizona time (MST). Orders placed after the cut-off begin handling on the next business day.
- You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order ships.

SHIPPING METHOD & COST
USPS Priority Mail — typically 1–3 business days after shipment — $8.99 flat rate, or FREE on orders over $150.00.

All prices are in U.S. Dollars (USD). Delivery estimates are calculated from the date of shipment, not the date of order. Final delivery timeframes are determined by USPS and may be affected by weather, holidays, or service disruptions outside our control.

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, a USPS tracking number will be emailed to the address on your account. You can track your shipment directly on usps.com. If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us.

SHIPPING ADDRESS ACCURACY
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses entered by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or unsuccessful delivery, the customer will be responsible for re-shipment costs.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please first check with neighbors and your local USPS carrier. If the package is still missing or has been damaged in transit, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date with your order number and photos (where applicable). We will work with USPS to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

SALES TAX
Applicable Arizona state and local sales tax is collected on shipments to Arizona addresses and on orders shipped to other states where required by law. Tax is calculated and shown at checkout.
