RETURN POLICY

This Return Policy applies to physical skincare products purchased from precisionskinservices.com and shipped within the United States. It does not apply to in-office treatments, services, packages, or gift cards (see our Terms of Sale for service cancellation terms).

RETURN WINDOW
You may request a return within 14 days of the date your order is delivered. Requests received after 14 days cannot be accepted.

RETURNS ACCEPTED
We accept returns of both defective and non-defective products, provided the items meet the eligibility requirements below.

PRODUCT CONDITION
Returned items must be in new condition only:
- Unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging
- In the same condition as received, with all original components, inserts, and labels
- Accompanied by your original order number or proof of purchase

For health, hygiene, and product-integrity reasons, opened or used skincare products are not eligible for return except as described under "Defective Items" below.

EXCHANGES
Exchanges are not accepted. If you would like a different product, please return your eligible item for a refund and place a new order.

FINAL SALE ITEMS
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
- Sample, trial, or travel-size products
- Items marked "Final Sale" or "Clearance" at the time of purchase
- Gift cards
- Items purchased as part of a treatment package or service bundle

DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging. Defective items are eligible for a full refund of the product price and shipping; the restocking fee does not apply.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN
1. Email us at info@precisionskinservices.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
2. We will respond within 2 business days with return authorization and the return mailing address.
3. Ship the item back by mail using a trackable method. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be processed.

RETURN SHIPPING
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We do not provide prepaid return labels for non-defective returns. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in return transit. Original shipping charges paid at checkout are non-refundable.

RESTOCKING FEE
A 10% restocking fee (calculated on the product price) is deducted from refunds for non-defective returns. Defective items are not subject to a restocking fee.

REFUND PROCESSING
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 days of receipt of the returned item. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the credit may take additional time to appear on your statement.

CANCELLATIONS
Orders may be cancelled before they have shipped. Once an order has been processed and a tracking number issued, it must be handled as a return.
